Zero shopper PII stored

We don't store names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or anything else that identifies a shopper. Sessions are tracked by anonymous visitor ID only. Free-text inputs get scrubbed of emails, phone numbers, and URLs before anything is written to the database.

Your data, your tenant

Shopper behavior, conversation logs, and dashboard data all live in your isolated tenant. We never resell it, never share it across dispensaries, and never use it to train models for other operators. Export or delete anytime from your dashboard.

Stays out of METRC & BioTrack

Every cannabis-specific signal (age gate, COA opens, terpene clicks, store locator) only fires on cannabis tenants, with the age gate firing first. Clean separation for audits. If you ever expand into non-cannabis verticals, those signals don't bleed in.

First-party storage only

Visitor and session IDs live in localStorage and first-party cookies on your domain. No third-party trackers, no fingerprinting, no cross-site identity-stitching. Whatever happens on your store stays on your store.
