Privacy Notice

Effective Date: March 15, 2026

This Privacy Notice describes how Netverse Ventures LLC, doing business as GreenLync ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information received about individual representatives of subscribers when they interact with the Company, subscribe to services, and use websites and digital services linked to this notice.

This notice applies when we control personal information processing for our own business purposes, such as contact and billing information from business clients. It does not cover information processed as a service provider on behalf of clients when they collect data from shoppers through the GreenLync AI shopping assistant widget.

This policy covers Netverse Ventures LLC and relevant affiliates. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Nevada, Utah, or Virginia should consult the Additional US Privacy Disclosures section below. Those in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or United Kingdom should refer to the EU Privacy Notice section.

1. Whose Information Is Collected

"Personal information" means any information relating to, describing, or identifying a natural person, directly or indirectly. "You" refers to individuals who provided personal information in connection with a client's subscription or obtained through service use, including business contact information of client representatives.

2. What Personal Information Is Collected

2.1 Personal Contact Information

Legal name, alias, postal address, email address, online identifiers (username, password), phone numbers, social media identifiers, and similar identifiers used for account creation, registration, communications, account management, and participation in demos, events, and promotions.

2.2 User Experience and Support Information

Activity logs, device ID, browser type, network connection, IP address, purchase history, and Subscription Plan details. Support team interactions, messages, and recorded interactions are collected for quality assurance and training purposes per applicable laws.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processors collect payment method information including credit card details and billing information. The Company does not view or store full credit card or other complete payment information.

2.4 Geolocation Information

Based on device and browser settings, location data may be collected including IP address, approximate geographic location, and city and state information from web forms.

2.5 Usage Information

Web tracking technologies (cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, clear GIFs) collect IP addresses of visited sites before and after visiting Company sites, browser type, pages visited, links clicked, and email opening information. Third-party tracking technologies may be used. See Cookie Notice in Section 6 for details.

2.6 Shopper Interaction Data

When shoppers interact with the GreenLync AI shopping assistant widget on client ecommerce stores, the widget collects expressed preferences, stated objections, purchase intent signals, and micro-interaction responses. Data is collected and processed on behalf of clients, with clients as controllers. The Company processes data as a service provider under client instructions and Data Processing Agreement.

3. How Information Is Collected

3.1 Directly from You

Information collected when visiting sites, subscribing to services, filling registration forms, contacting the Company, participating in demos or webinars, or otherwise interacting with services.

3.2 From Third Parties

Information received from service providers helping build and maintain services, ecommerce platform partners (such as Shopify and Dutchie), authentication service providers, data brokers, and social media networks.

3.3 Passively Through Tracking Technologies

Services use tracking technologies to collect information about experience when accessing and using services. See Cookie Notice in Section 6.

3.4 From Employer or Colleagues

Personal information concerning client and business partner representatives is collected. Information may be received through referral programs.

4. Why Personal Information Is Collected

Collection and use purposes include:

  • Providing, enhancing, and operating services, including the GreenLync AI shopping assistant, analytics dashboard, and integrated digital tools
  • Communicating regarding accounts, subscriptions, or support requests
  • Managing, authenticating, and promoting account security
  • Creating, maintaining, customizing, and administering accounts
  • Entering, managing, and fulfilling contractual obligations
  • Processing payments, invoicing, and billing
  • Providing customer service and technical support
  • Informing about additional features, products, and services (unless opted out)
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and tracking service and quality issues
  • Sending transactional messages, security alerts, and updates
  • Managing participation in demos, webinars, events, surveys, and promotions
  • Personalizing services and delivering relevant content
  • Developing, testing, and improving AI models, algorithms, and platform features using aggregated and de-identified data
  • Evaluating and auditing service usage and performance
  • Legal, safety, and security reasons including compliance, fraud prevention, and rights protection
  • Connection with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

5. When Personal Information Is Disclosed

5.1 Service Providers and Contractors

Information is shared with third-party service providers working on behalf of the Company, including hosting providers, IT providers, ecommerce platform partners, analytics companies, marketing providers, professional advisors, and payment processors. These parties receive only necessary information.

5.2 Legal and Law Enforcement

Information is disclosed without further notice to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law, or when reasonably necessary to investigate illegal activities or suspected fraud, enforce agreements and protect rights, or establish, exercise, and defend legal claims.

5.3 Corporate Transactions

Information is disclosed to financial advisors, legal service providers, investors, and potential acquirers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, sales, financing, or similar transactions.

5.4 Marketing Partners

Business contact information may be shared with partners and sponsors for marketing, promotional, and commercial communications, subject to applicable opt-out rights.

5.5 With Consent

Information may be disclosed to third parties with consent where required by law. Information may be de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated before sharing for legally permitted purposes.

6. Tracking Technologies

Information is collected through common tracking technologies including cookies, log files, pixels, tags, web beacons, and Local Storage Objects to support and enhance features, monitor performance, personalize content, conduct marketing and analytics, and for other lawful purposes.

Analytics services such as Google Analytics assist with traffic analysis. Users can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Cookie types include:

  • Session Cookies expiring when closing the browser
  • Necessary Cookies required for service operation
  • Performance Cookies collecting anonymous usage information
  • Functionality Cookies remembering preferences
  • Targeting or Advertising Cookies tracking ad performance

Most browsers accept cookies by default. Users can block or reject cookies through browser settings, though this may affect feature access.

7. Opting Out of Marketing Communications

Removal from marketing mailing lists is available by contacting support@greenlync.ai or following unsubscribe links in marketing emails.

8. Children's Privacy

Services are designed for business clients, and personal information from anyone under eighteen is not knowingly collected. Parents or legal guardians believing their child provided information should email privacy@greenlync.ai.

9. Accessing and Updating Information

Users can request access, updates, or deletion of personal information using profile editing tools in services or by emailing privacy@greenlync.ai. Requests are reviewed and processed per applicable laws and data retention policies.

10. Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. Measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Data Retention

Personal information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill collection purposes, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary based on processing context and legal obligations. Unneeded information is securely deleted or anonymized.

12. International Data Transfers

Personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Appropriate steps ensure transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms where required.

13. Privacy Rights

13.1 California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to know collected, used, and disclosed personal information; request deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; and refuse discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

13.2 Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Virginia, and other comprehensive privacy law states may have similar rights including access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opting out of certain processing. Exercise these rights by contacting privacy@greenlync.ai.

13.3 European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland

Those located in EEA, UK, or Switzerland have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including access, rectification, erasure, processing restriction, data portability, and objection rights. Please contact privacy@greenlync.ai for more information.

14. Changes to This Notice

This notice may be updated periodically. Material changes trigger updates to the Effective Date and, where required by law, prior notice. Periodic review is encouraged.
